Jim King -had a severe car accident around 1973 or so near Panama City coming home from college. He was burned badly having been thrown under his car after it veered off the road and it rolled on top of him My feelings are that he never fully recovered from that either physically or mentally, but that's my opinion. ( I must now confess, he and I were the ones who hung the Class of 69 flag on the flagpole the night prior to graduation, which was still flying the night of the graduation.
